HACKATHON

From ideas to execution.

After the innovation process, ideas are obtained that are carefully evaluated by our team and the client. The feasibility of each idea is analyzed to be budgeted and executed in a proof of concept where the previously defined KPIs are evaluated. Finally, the validated ideas are implemented at the point of sale.

Coca-Cola Hackathon

After two months of preparation, we developed a thinking day where we hacked the status quo of a shopper in a traditional POS in LATAM to activate experiences on 3 specific consumption occasions.
